Due to unfortunate circumstances, during a routine upgrade to our system the relation between usernames and passwords credentials for some users did not successfully migrate. As such if you do believe you have the right credentials and the login returns Invalid, do not worry, simply go to the Forgot Password and reset the password, you can enter the same password (or a new one). You will then re-link your account and all your services intact.
